We received a small grant from the German Embassy that allowed us to rehabilitate the Fokontany (neighborhood) office. The leaking sheet metal roof was reconstructed and tiled; local craftsmen redesigned the balcony to make it coherent with the architecture of the site. The results have energized community leadership and encouraged their interest in preserving the architecture of the site.
